PG ADMISSIONS – 2020-21
Instructions to the candidates for Offline Counselling to PG Admissions 2020-21 :
Candidates should be present at the concerned Department / Venue mentioned in the notification at 9.30am on 22nd February 2021.
Candidates are informed to bring all the original Marks cards/Degree certificate of qualifying examination, caste/income certificate and other supporting documents during the counselling to claim the seats under supernumerary quota.
Candidates are informed to bring scholarship details to claim concession in fee payment ( Only in BU departments). Candidates those who gets seat in Affiliated colleges has to pay full fees now and later apply for refund.
After the counselling, if the candidate gets the seat either in the department or in the affiliated college , collect the admission card from the counselling center and submit it to the fee payment challan issue counter in the senate hall situated in the Administrative block to get the admission fee payment details through SMS to their registered mobile. After getting the SMS, admission fee should be paid through online using the following link on or before 23rd February 2021.
Candidates should submit the fee paid receipt to the concerned department / College on or before 25th February 2021.
If the seats remain vacant in any of the Departments then the counselling will be continued on 24th February 2021.
Take sufficient xerox copies of original documents for your use. Original documents will be collected after allocating the seat and will be returned after verification and confirmation of your admission. It may take about 6 weeks.
Candidates those who have already submitted the original documents to the colleges in previous on-line seat allocation and now attending offline counselling for change of college/course are informed to bring xerox copies of the documents for verification.
All admissions made are provisional. The University reserves the right to approve or cancel the admission.
Documents to be produced during offline counselling are:
SSLC Marks Card
|SSLC or 10th standard or equivalent examination marks card|

|Caste/ Income Certificate
|Candidates seeking reservation benefit should produce a Caste Certificate in Form ‘D’ in case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes; in Form ‘E” in case Category-1; a Caste/ Income Certificate in Form ‘F’ for Other Backward Classes such as 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B, issued by the concerned Jurisdictional Tahasildar, in accordance with the Government order No Sa Ka E 225 BCA. 2000 dated 30th March 2002, as amended from time to time.|
|Qualifying Degree Marks Card||Marks cards of all the years/semesters of qualifying degree|
|Study Certificate||Study Certificate to show that the candidate has studied in Karnataka for a minimum period of SEVEN years from 1st standard to 12th standard or qualifying examination issued by Head of the institution. Further, School study certificate should be countersigned by the concerned Block Educational Officer (BEO), Deputy Director of Public Instruction (DDPI) compulsorily. |Rural Study Certificate||Candidates who claim seat under rural category will have to obtain a rural study certificate from the respective school/High School issued by the head of the institution which should be countersigned by the concerned Block Educational Officer (BEO).|
|Hyderabad-Karnataka Region Certificate||Candidates who claim seat under Hyderabad-Karnataka Region Rules should produce a certificate issued by a competent Authority,|
